The advent of the Internet has drastically altered business methods and communications. Boundaries blur, loyalty declines. At such times, the person is and always will be essential, however insignificant it seems with all the electronic tools now available to us. Any number of companies are addressing the Internet phenomenon by building the most dynamic websites, a successor to the electronic brochure. Sometimes old-fashioned and enthusiastic sales staff see the Internet as a new competitor in the sales team.
